A few days ago, a discussion thread was posted on Product Hunt on the topic of to-do apps that can track both habits and tasks. A number of apps were suggested but our favourite apps which we highly recommend for teachers are listed below. These are apps we have covered in multiple instances in the past which you can use to organize your life and achieve more. They allow you to create to-dos, better manage your tasks, collaborate with others on shared tasks, and enhance your overall productivity. We invite you to check them out and see which one works for you.
1- Things 3A good task manager app with handy features that include: create to-dos from other apps, embed your goals in projects then structure how you want to achieve them, plan your time effectively by combining calendar features to your to-dos, review previous to-dos, use tags to organize and add context to your to-dos.2- TodoistAnother good task manager app. It allows you to create to-do lists, record your thoughts and organize them the way you want. It also helps you remember your important deadlines and build habits with recurring due dates and reminders. Using the app’s generated productivity graphs you will be able to check your weekly progress and enhance your productivity.3- Any.doAny.do helps you stay organized. It combines three main functionalities into a single app: a to-do list, calendar and reminders. Besides the these features, Any.do also enables you to work collaboratively with others on shared lists and assigned tasks. You can easily view your tasks and reminders and sync them across various devices and platforms. Your to-dos can embed different materials including notes, sub-tasks, files imported from Dropbox and Gdrive and many more.
