While working hard can be considered a normative behaviour, overworking is not.  If you are excessively obsessed with working more hours than anyone else or if you go to extremes in your work routines trying to outwork your colleagues or stay up very late at night then you are probably suffering from the syndrome of workaholism or what Wrike described as the “disease of the working dead”.
